After living in our house for 12 years, we had let a lot of projects fall by the wayside, so many that we needed a contractor. Unfortunately, that is usually an emotional response fueled by many factors, not all related to the actual work. However, when you assess a job after living with the results for several years, you have a clearer perspective on its worth and success.
