Mediterranean Modern - Madison Park

This 1924 Seattle area home was ready for a kitchen and bathroom update. Black walnut cabinets with push-to-open doors and drawers, a floating barn style door with invisible hardware, and a gorgeous heated hand made Moroccan tile floor gives it a modern feel while retaining its old world beauty. Lighted floating shelves, marble counter tops, and a wet bar alcove adds to its luxurious look and feel.


Enlarging the small powder room to include a new shower with Brizo fixtures and heated handmade Moroccan tile floors adds to the Modern Mediterranean feel.

Modern French Country - Maple Valley

This open concept kitchen and inviting family room was designed with a modern French country style. Huntwood cabinets were used throughout with a light colored perimeter alongside a contrasting darker island and coffee bar. Lighting, quartz countertops, a second dishwasher for entertaining, refinished hardwood floors, whitewashed fireplace, and a custom mantel complete this beautiful living space. White Transitional Galley Kitchen and Outdoor Living Space

In this practical yet elegant kitchen, we enlarged the existing space by vaulting the ceilings, which allowed for more natural light and made the kitchen consistent with the rest of the home. We added new LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring, recessed lighting, new lighting fixtures, a new kitchen window and a new sliding glass door. We also installed white shaker style cabinets, Carrara marble counter tops, a Kohler farmhouse sink, classic white subway tile backsplash, appliances, and custom floating wood shelves. Clean, sleek, up to date and fresh.

Modern Bath Update - Redmond

Originally, this was a typical master bathroom from 1980. Large fiberglass corner tub, single sink vanity, brown tile, oak vanity and medicine cabinet. Tub was removed to make room for a modern walk-in shower with bench, niche and frameless glass door. Original vanity was replaced with a two sink configuration including two tall storage cabinets. All new lighting and fixtures installed.

Contemporary Kitchen - Mercer Island

We started this Mercer Island remodel by removing load bearing walls to open up the kitchen to a great room and added a exposed beam to give a visual separation. We also removed the old staircase to the basement and added a new elegant floating staircase in a new location. We also added twelve foot sliding glass door, new semi-custom kitchen cabinets, island, quartz counter tops, tile backsplash, three new skylights, a passthrough window to the beautiful patio. New recessed lighting and dimmers. Added a beverage bar with custom floating shelves and new hardwood flooring and refinished to a rich dark color. 

Mid Century Modern - Seattle Metro

This 1970s home has some great structure but needed some help to bring the finishes and flow up to date. Staying with the contemporary theme of the home and it natural colors and textures we updated the kitchen, sitting room and powder room.

Elegant Transitional

First of all, the previous layout for this kitchen included two load bearing wall that blocked the view into the living area and entry. Those walls were the first to go!
We added new engineered hardwood flooring, new single panel shaker style doors, base and case trim, new recessed lighting, new beaded inset cabinets from Huntwood, quartz counter top from Cambria. In the living room we removed a floor to ceiling stone fireplace facade and replaced it with a new contemporary gas fireplace and a TV niche with mantle. Upstairs was the new iron baluster railing, new carpet, and trim. Fresh new coat of paint on all walls, ceilings and trim.

New kitchen, office, open concept remodel.
Demo included removing a load bearing wall separating the old kitchen from the dining and living space. Relocated exterior door to align better with hallway. Removed old floor tile in the kitchen, added new hardwood flooring and refinished with updated color. Installed white shaker cabinets with contrasting java tone island cabinets. Quartz counter top, hex pattern tile backsplash, LED under cabinet lighting, motion sensitive toe kick lighting, pendants and recessed lighting. Created a new pantry with motion sensing lighting and new paint throughout.

Misterio Quartz on a large island with seating for six. Two dishwasher for keeping up with the entertaining. Wine refrigerator in the butler pantry and open concept to family room.

This fabulous entertaining kitchen was once a very small dead end kitchen with a formal dining room behind it. We decided to reclaim the dinning room space and incorporate it into a large usable kitchen that had a much better entertaining flow. Removing the wall meant adding a steel beam to carry the existing load. From there we added the new recessed lighting, pendants, and windows and reconfigured the pantry. We also installed new flooring, doors, gray cabinets, a large island, and a buffet area with a splash of color. The finishing touches included quartz counter tops, bevel subway tile backsplash, appliances, and new paint.

Queen Anne Custom Staircase

Custom built staircase to match original.
This was not just a refinish of an existing staircase project. We built this staircase with treads and railing from scratch to match the original which was removed during a large scale addition. Each piece was custom made. There were no "off-the-shelf" parts used. Added the white oak stair treads and a fan spread split landing per customers request.

This customer asked us to remodel their master bath while they went on vacation.
We removed the dated soaking bath tub, old tile, vanity, broken window and fixtures. Replaced with new and updated large shower, tile, vanity, mirror, fixtures and paint.
They got home and sent us an email saying "we love our new bathroom".

We changed this small hall bath into a spa bath. We removed the shower / tub combo and added a spa like shower with bench and niches. Used a Wedi linear drain system and an all in one shower head and massage jet system. Finished off with accent tile and frameless shower door.
