New kitchen, office, open concept remodel.

Demo included removing a load bearing wall separating the old kitchen from the dining and living space. Relocated exterior door to align better with hallway. Removed old floor tile in the kitchen, added new hardwood flooring and refinished with updated color. Installed white shaker cabinets with contrasting java tone island cabinets. Quartz counter top, hex pattern tile backsplash, LED under cabinet lighting, motion sensitive toe kick lighting, pendants and recessed lighting. Created a new pantry with motion sensing lighting and new paint throughout.
